  7. At the left is a column…10th Line down is TP2 which stands for THUNDERSTORM PROBABILITY.(CHANCES OF HAVING THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE 2 –HOUR PERIOD ENDING AT THE INDICATED TIME). A complete time chart is available to all for all time zones in the United States.  Use it.

This is how it is decoded: It lists the chance of THUNDERSTORMS at that hour in percentages, the higher the number, better the chance of having THUNDERSTORMS.
